The problem
Headset owners needed reliable pairing and day-to-day device control. Firmware updates and battery awareness had to work from the app, not a service visit.
What we did
- 01Automatic Bluetooth connection with live battery level and capacity alerts
- 02Incoming-call and out-of-range / device-loss alerts, plus find-phone and find-headset
- 03Over-the-air firmware upgrades driven from the Android app (QCC BLE chipset)
- 04Same BLE discipline applied to related sensor work (tyre-pressure accuracy improvements)
Outcome
- Published on Google Play as iXchange Up (com.xeontechnologies.ixchange)
- 5K+ downloads on the public listing
- OTA and companion features shipped without returning hardware for updates
